Growmatic (Emanuel Bodîrlău, Arad, Romania) publishes videos about automation, AI and EU funding on its own channels and builds automations for businesses. This page explains what data we handle and why.

Data you give us

Only what you tell us when you call or write: your name, phone number, email and the business details we need to answer you. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We don't sell it and don't use it for anything else.

If we wrote to you first

We found your business email on your public website or business listing and wrote to you about our services. If you reply "no" or ask us to stop, we won't write again. We keep only a note that you opted out, so it stays that way.

Our publishing apps

We use official integrations (YouTube Data API, the Facebook API) only to publish videos on our own channels. They don't read or store other users' data. Using YouTube also means accepting the YouTube Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

This website

The site uses no tracking cookies and has no forms that collect data. Fonts load from Google Fonts.

How long we keep data

For as long as the conversation or the project lasts. Then we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, under the GDPR. Write to contact@growmatic.agency or call +40 744 136 053. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
